- Order details: Recipient name, occasion, personal messages, and other details you share to create your custom song
- Payment info: Processed securely by Stripe—we don't store your card details
How We Use It
- To create and deliver your custom song
- To send you order updates and delivery notifications
- To respond to support requests
- To improve our service
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how people use our site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is shared with these services.
Third Parties
We share data only with services needed to deliver your order:
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Supabase: Secure data storage
- Vercel: Website hosting
- AI services: Song generation
We don't sell your data. Ever.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Just email us at hi@songgift.ai.
Data Retention
We keep your order data for as long as needed to provide our service and comply with legal obligations. Uploaded videos are stored securely and used only to create your song.
