Agreement
By using Songgift ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
What We Do
Songgift creates custom AI-generated songs based on information you provide. You submit details about the recipient and occasion, we generate a personalized song and deliver it to you.
Your Content
When you submit content (text, videos, photos), you confirm that:
- You have the right to share it
- It doesn't violate anyone else's rights
- It's not illegal, harmful, or offensive
You grant us permission to use your content solely to create and deliver your song. We won't use your personal content for marketing without your explicit permission.
Your Song
Once delivered, your custom song is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can share it, gift it, post it on social media—it's your song. Commercial use (ads, resale, etc.) requires our written permission.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. Each song is uniquely created based on your specific details and cannot be resold or reused.
However, we want you to be happy. If you're not satisfied with your song, we'll work with you to make it right:
- We'll revise the song based on your feedback
- If needed, we'll create a new version from scratch
- We're committed to delivering something you'll love
Just email us at hi@songgift.ai within 7 days of delivery with your concerns, and we'll sort it out.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Songgift to:
- Create content that's illegal, hateful, or harassing
- Impersonate others or create misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our systems
- Create content that infringes on others' rights
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
AI-Generated Content
Our songs are generated using AI technology. While we strive for quality, AI can be unpredictable. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, but we do guarantee we'll work with you until you're satisfied (see Refund Policy above).
Limitation of Liability
Songgift is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Songgift after changes means you accept the new terms.
